Senior Director of Legendary People for Texas Roadhouse since August 2000. Mark is a graduate of Louisiana State University and has served in many capacities of the restaurant business. His past companies have been Piccadilly and Copeland’s.

Cardio surgeon practicing in Elizabethtown, KY. Dr Desai is one of Texas Roadhouse’s original investors and has been involved with Andy’s Outreach from the beginning.

Riki Rijos

Managing Partner of the Denton TX, Texas Roadhouse since December 2001. He grew up in New York and then went on to continue his education at the University of South Florida. Riki was with Bennigan's for 15 years prior to coming on board with Texas Roadhouse. He’s been a finalist for Managing Partner of the Year multiple times. He is married with 2 children and they reside in Texas.

Kim Boerema

Market Partner for Texas Roadhouse since 2004. He is a University of Northern Colorado graduate. Kim was with Brinker International for 14 years and Bennigan’s for 8 years prior to joining Texas Roadhouse. He is married with 2 daughters.

John Beck

Market Partner for Texas Roadhouse since June 1997. He currently supervises fourteen Texas Roadhouses in the west. From 1985 until 1997, Mr. Beck was employed by Metromedia Restaurant Group, owner of the Bennigan’s and Steak &Ale brands. During this time, Mr. Beck served in various positions within the operations and human resource fields. Mr. Beck received a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Mr. Beck serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Restaurant Association as well as the ProStart/Education Fund Board. Mr. Beck, his wife, and three children, reside in Denver, Colorado.

Leslie Taylor

Graduate of the University of Kentucky and married to Texas Roadhouse founder Kent Taylor. She stood right by Kent’s side as he started Texas Roadhouse. Leslie is extremely involved in Texas Roadhouse's community involvements as well.

Joel Ross

Graduate of the University of Texas. Joel has been with Texas Roadhouse since November 1997 and was previously a Multi-unit manager for Bennigan’s from 1986-1997. Joel now functions as Texas Roadhouse's Chief of Staff.

Also known as "Papa Judd". Brian has been with TRH since the beginning of time. To be exact, he started with our #1 store, Clarksville IN, in 1993 and was Texas Roadhouse's first managing partner.

Scott Colosi

Mr. Colosi joined Texas Roadhouse as Chief Financial Officer in September 2002. From 1992 until 2002, Mr. Colosi was employed by YUM Brands, Inc., owner of the KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell brands. During this time, Mr. Colosi served in various financial positions and prior to joining Texas Roadhouse was Director of Investor Relations. From 1987 to 1992 Mr. Colosi was employed by Burger King Corporation in a variety of financial positions. Mr. Colosi received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Georgia and MBA from the University of Miami.

Celia Catlett

Celia has been at Texas Roadhouse since 2005 and is now the Director of Real Estate Acquisition and Management for the company. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Vanderbilt University Law School, and before joining Texas Roadhouse practiced commercial real estate law in New York City.

Scott Dolson

Mr. Dolson provides a variety of corporate, tax, and mergers and acquisitions services. He represents businesses including real estate, technology, restaurants, professional practices, oil and gas exploration, and home health care. Mr. Dolson has a wide range of experience that has led to such honors as: The Best Lawyers in America, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2005, and Kentucky Super Lawyers. His experience has also led to the several publications such as “Professional Services Corporations.”
