Since our company opened its doors in 1993, the focus of Texas Roadhouse has always been "employees first"! It has always been our founder, Kent Taylor's, belief that if all of our team members are happy our guests will have a Legendary experience to brag about!

How do you come first? In lots of ways – we're there for you not just in good times, but in tough times too. When you or another family member has experienced a crisis, your Texas Roadhouse family members have been there to lend a helping hand. We've passed the hat and found lots of help – because we are a family built on love, care and concern.
