- Andy’s does not disclose the names of employees who do (or don’t) make donations
- Employees are not required to make donations to Andy’s and any donations (or the elections not to donate) will not be considered in awarding promotions, raises, etc.
- Participation in community fundraising activities (car washes, for example) is 100% voluntary
- Managers should not conduct fundraising through mandatory tip donations on VIP nights or at other special events
- There are no competitions for store or employee participation
- Roadies should never ask guests for donations
- Any employee who demonstrates a financial hardship and lack of resources can apply for assistance from Andy’s, regardless of job title or salary
- The frequency or amount of any employee’s donations to Andy’s (or the election not to donate) will not be considered when evaluating an application for assistance
